Wow..January is going fast isn't it? My story in the Huddersfield examiner has had a great reception! I'm so grateful and so pleased!
Breakfast: forgot to photograph
the usual marmite on toast and herbal tea.
For tea I made a chickpea, spinach and mushroom dahl with vegan mince, naan and rice!!

Not the most exciting day food wise..but yummy all the same!
