What did I eat today?-January 20th

January 20th

How on earth is it the 20th already! This month is flying at a scary rate!!!

Just a short blog posty today :)

Breakfast:

Herbal tea, Crumpets, Bananas and biscuit butter (made to look like a smiley face)

Break time

Some chocolate!! Snacked on these beauties whilst marking!!

Lunch:

Leftover stew...totally forgot to picture it!

Tea:

Vegan Tacos, soya mince, mushrooms, peppers, onions, rocket, spinach, violife, salad cream, taco spice packet..heavenly

Hope you enjoyed my foods! Lets hope it snows tonight...i really want to eat popcorn in my pjs all day whilst doing some marking!

What did I eat today?-January 10th

Day 10!!!

Happy saturday :) :)..I hope you like the cool new layout. It was designed and put together by the lovely Sian Owen!

I had the best lie In with my cat and some youtube..oh and a herbal tea. This is what saturdays are meant for!

So..Brunch

Toast
mushrooms

Rocket
sweet chili

HEAVEN

Late lunch:

I got hungry doing my food shop so I bought a falafel sandwich from tesco..a yummy vegan treat!

Also went for a soy chai latte with my friend and had some mini party rings!!soo cute!!

Tea

Tonight I was inspired by a vegan black metal chef video to make my own sushi with tempura veg..this is the outcome! So pleased!! Not a bad first attempt!

Ethical Shopping: Some Tesco freezer favorites! Oh and new cookbook!

Ethical Shopping!

So I pooped into UK store Tesco to get a few bits and bobs today. I got some great stuff in the freezer section!

Garlic Naan, smoothie mix, spicy soy burgers vegetable sausages, masala potato roll and vegetable grills..YUM

Well labelled and only £1 a box!!

 I also popped into a bookshop called 'The Works' and picked up this vegan cookbook for £3
Had a browse and it looks good so far. This is also available from Aldi UK stores also!!
